Kim and Khloé Kardashian recently shared their thoughts on Caitlyn Jenner’s comments made during her docuseries, which was released in November 2023. The sisters opened up about the topic in the latest season of Hulu’s ‘The Kardashians,’ revealing that they received a lot of attention and concerned messages from friends and family after the docuseries aired.
In a confessional for season 5 of the reality series, Kim Kardashian revealed that they got “so many text messages” asking if their feelings were “hurt.” Despite the concern from others, Kim maintains a positive perspective about Caitlyn, even though Caitlyn referred to her as a “calculated” person.
“I had such a great stepdad who raised me,” Kim stated. “So none of those things that are said, even if twisted or whatever, are gonna make me think differently of the life I’ve had.”
In contrast, Khloé Kardashian admitted that she felt “hurt” by Caitlyn’s comments. The ‘Good American’ businesswoman expressed that while Caitlyn is free to do as she wishes, she questioned Caitlyn’s intentions behind participating in the documentary, suspecting that it might not portray their family in the best light.
“I do find it strange that she would agree to do a documentary I would imagine isn’t trying to paint us in the most beautiful light. I just know she wouldn’t like that about her,” Khloé remarked. She also shared the emotional impact Caitlyn’s words had on her, saying, “This was my dad for 24 years. It hurts me, too.”

Their mother, Kris Jenner, also addressed the topic, particularly Caitlyn’s remark in the docuseries about wanting “to be more than just a housewife.” Kris responded candidly, “Shoot me, I wanted to be more than just a housewife. OK, kill me.”
The episode highlighted the mixed emotions and perspectives within the Kardashian family regarding Caitlyn Jenner’s public statements and the impact of her documentary on their personal and family dynamics.
